Flintec introduces load cell supports type 55-20 weigh module which are designed to avoid the unwanted forces to affecting on the performance of the load cell. The type 55-20 is a self-aligning weigh module integrating an excellent load introduction. This weigh module is specifically designed for using rocker column Flintec load cells in tank and hopper weighing applications. The Type 55-20 weight module features an integrated bumper stop eliminating the requirement for check links thereby providing the highest possible accuracy. The Weigh Module will be transported pre-assembled; ready to install by welding or bolting. It is available in two different versions having different materials and capacities range 7.5 t – 100 t mild steel, zinc plated and capacity 150 t – 300 t cast mild steel, painted.It is especially designed for tank and hopper weighing. It comes with capacities ranging from 7.5 up to 300 t. This weigh module comes with integrated lift off protection and load cell replacement needs minimum lifting height. The Rocking action of load cells  for temperature expansion and is very easy to install.
