Flintec introduces load cell supports type 55-30 weigh module which are intended to avoid the unwanted forces to affecting on the performance of the load cell. The type 55-30 is a self-aligning weigh module integrating an admirable load introduction. This weigh module is particularly designed for using rocker column Flintec load cells in tank and hopper weighing applications. The Type 55-30 weight module features an integrated check link to remove oscillations produced by slow moving agitators etc. The Weigh Module will be delivered fully pre-assembled; ready to install by welding or bolting as well as including transportation locking. It is available in two different versions having different materials steel and zinc plated. It is especially designed for tank and hopper weighing. It comes with capacities of 30 t and 40 t. This weigh module comes with integrated lift off protection and load cell replacement needs minimum lifting height.
