Weigh-in-Motion Commercial Vehicle Weight Enforcement packages may incorporate a multi-platform static vehicle scale, a rapid QWIM series in-movement vehicle presort scale, traffic control system with lane indicating lights and circle sensors with mechanical and manual working modes, a remote scoreboard screen to display the driver his vehicle’s gross weight and a computer with exclusive application software to coordinate the entire system. The QWIM series in-motion vehicle scale is designed to recognize above weight vehicles as they arrive the station and direct just those that surpass preset limits of weight or are haphazardly chosen to the static scale.
